TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully as they apply to the Tesco BATCHELORS Find the Gold SUPERMAN S-Shield promotion (the “Promotion”).

The Promoter and the Agency

Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the “Promoter”.
Blue Chip Interactive Limited of 2 Hardman Blvd, Manchester, M3 3AQ is the “Agency”

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, excluding the agents (including the Agency) and employees of the Promoter and its group companies, the families of such agents and employees, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration.
To participate in this promotion, entrants will need to purchase a Participating Pack (see clause 10) from a participating Tesco store during the Promotion Period (see clause 8). A list of “Participating Stores” is set out at Annex 1 to these Terms.
Entrants may need to provide proof of name, age and address to validate that they meet the entry or claim requirements.
Entrants will be required to have internet access, a valid email address and a valid PayPal account.
If you are a winner of a Winning S-Shield (see clause 9) you must retain this and your purchased Participating Pack (see clause 10), as these will be required to validate your prize claim. Winners will be required to post the original Winning S-Shield to the Agency to validate their prize.

Promotion

The “Promotion Period” starts on 12 June 2024 and ends on 15 July 2024. In order to enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase a Participating Pack during the Promotion Period to see if it contains a gold SUPERMAN S-Shield inside. Winners of the Promotion must claim their prize by the Submission Deadline set out in clause 14.
For the purposes of this Promotion, a total of 20 gold SUPERMAN S-Shields (each a “Winning S-Shield”) have been placed in different Participating Packs (see clause 10). Winning S-Shields will be inside a plastic sachet. The Participating Packs have each been distributed to 20 different randomly selected Participating Stores, on randomly selected dates and times during the Promotion Period. Random selection of Participating Stores, dates and times is completed via a randomized computer process. There is 1 Participating Pack for each of the 20 Participating Stores randomly selected in accordance with this clause.
The “Participating Packs” for the purposes of this Promotion shall include:
1. BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES chicken flavour noodle blocks;
2. BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES BBQ flavour noodle blocks;
3. BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES chicken flavour pots;
4. BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES curry flavour pots;
5. BATCHELORS Pasta ‘n’ Sauce cheese and broccoli flavour pasta pots; and
6. BATCHELORS Pasta ‘n’ Sauce chicken and mushroom flavour pasta pots.
The 20 Winning Shields have been allocated to Participating Packs, as follows:
1. 5 x Winning Shields placed in BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES chicken flavour noodle blocks;
2. 5 x Winning Shields placed in BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES BBQ flavour noodle blocks;
3. 3 x Winning Shields placed in BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES chicken flavour pots;
4. 3 x Winning Shields placed in BATCHELORS SUPER NOODLES curry flavour pots;
5. 2 x Winning Shields placed in BATCHELORS Pasta ‘n’ Sauce cheese and broccoli flavour pasta pots; and
6. 2 x Winning Shields placed in BATCHELORS Pasta ‘n’ Sauce chicken and mushroom flavour pasta pots.

How to enter

In order to be in a chance of winning the Promotion, an entrant must (during the Promotion Period) purchase a Participating Pack from a Tesco Participating Store and check if the Participating Pack contains 1 of the 20 Winning S-Shields. Promotion is running in Participating Stores only and excludes online.

Prizes and how to claim

Participants who purchase a Participating Pack and find a Winning S-Shield will win a £500 cash prize (the “Prize”)
If you find a Winning S-Shield then to claim your Prize, you will need to, by no later than 11.59pm on 10 December 2025 (the “Submission Deadline”):
1. scan the QR code on the Winning S-Shield or enter the URL shown on the Winning S-Shield, to visit the claim web-page (the “Webpage”);
2. enter your unique 10 digit code shown on the Winning S-Shield;
3. enter your name, the email address linked to your PayPal account, county of residence; and
4. upload an image of the Winning S-Shield.
We will NEVER ask for the sixteen-digit card number appearing on the front of your debit or credit card, card start date or expiry date or, the three-digit secure number on the back of your card.
The photograph of your Winning S-Shield submitted with your claim in accordance with clause 14 should show the whole Winning S-Shield clearly, including the 10 digit unique code appearing on the Winning S-Shield. Files will need to be in JPG, PNG or GIF format, up to a maximum size of 10MB. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a delay to your prize claim or, your prize claim or entry becoming invalid, if you are unable to comply with these requirements.
All of the steps in clause 14 must be completed by the Submission Deadline. Attempts to claim the Prize after the Submission Deadline may be disqualified.
Winners of the Promotion will be provided with an instant response through the Webpage and contacted via email within 7 days of providing the details required under clause 14. Winners will be instructed to post their original Winning S-Shield to Freepost BATCHELORS (or such other freepost address as the Agency shall communicate to the relevant winner). Winners must deliver the Winning S-Shield to the Agency within 14 days of being contacted pursuant to this clause. Proof of sending the Winning S-Shield shall not constitute proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable if the Winning S-Shield is lost, misdirected or damaged during posting. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of the Participating Pack.
Within 7 days of a claim being validated by the Agency following receipt of the information in clause 14 and the original Winning S-Shield in accordance with clause 17, the winner shall receive the Prize via their PayPal account.
Payment via the winner’s PayPal account shall be the only permitted method of transfer of the Prize to the winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to accept or take up the Prize for any reason.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss of a Prize due to a winner providing incorrect or incomplete information. The Promoter’s liability in connection with delivering the Prize to winner shall be discharged at the point it transfers the Prize to the winner’s PayPal account.
Due to the nature of the Promotion, there is no guarantee that all Prizes will be claimed.
The Prizes are not negotiable or transferrable.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

Data Protection and Marketing

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that any personal information provided by them with their entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents (including the Agency) and its suppliers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. For more information, please see our Privacy Notice.
The Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. The Promoter may use the Winner’s surname and county of residence to announce them as the Winner of the Promotion. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for this purpose or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact: privacy@premierfoods.co.uk.
To receive a list of Winner(s) and county of residence of the Winner(s) you can contact the Promoter’s consumer careline at 0800 3282121 or by FREEPOST PREMIER FOODS CONSUMER RELATIONS (remember to include a return address) within 3 months of the Submission Date. Please note that we may not be able to disclose this requested information, if an entrant objects to the disclosure of such information in accordance with clause 26. Where a winning entrant has objected to their information being disclosed, the Promoter or the Agency will instead confirm that a valid award has taken place.

Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents (including the Agency) or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General

By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by (i) these Terms and, to the extent applicable (ii) the Premier Foods Group Limited website general terms of use: https://www.premierfoods.co.uk/SpecialPages/Legal-Notices/LegalNotices-TermsOfUse.aspx; Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause will be disqualified.
Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or unreadable, whether due to failure or non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms in its absolute discretion should it consider it necessary.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Warner Bros. Discovery and its related companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
The Promotion and these Terms are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
